  • At this time, we only allow sales within the United States.  Stick around and that might change.  Sorry!

  • Great!  Thank you so much for your interest.  If you’re not in the United States and want one of our products you are more than welcome and perhaps even encouraged to have somebody here purchase and forward your order to you.  There are loads of third parties who would do this for you but that is none of our business.  Orders purchased via a third party are considered second hand once they reach you and therefore are not subject to the return/refund policy.

  • Check your email!  Upon your order, you should have received tracking information.  It can take a little bit for that to update, so just hang tight.  If you are having problems with any of this, just get in touch with us. If your order status says received and you don’t have your pedal, contact us immediately!

  • If we got your order, rest assured it’s being made.  Our lead time is currently two weeks from getting your order to sending it out the door.  Please try not to send that “did you make my thing yet???” email, as tempting as it is.  Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received.  We are closed on weekends.  You will receive confirmation the moment your order ships.  Thanks for your patience!

  • Oh no!  Forgot when payday is again?  Suddenly realized you’re entering your minimalist, anti-capitalism phase?  No worries.  You may cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not shipped yet.  Just send us an email with your order number and clearly state your intent.  Your refund may take a few days to process, depending on how you paid.  Sit tight and email us with any questions.  If your item has already shipped, it is subject to the return policy, including the 25% restocking fee.

REPAIRS AND RETURNS

  • The return process for each item must be initiated within 14 days of receiving it.  Please fill out a return form if you are wanting to begin the process.  In the form, please select if you wish to exchange your item for a different one or start the refund process.

  • If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to exchange your item for another one.  You are responsible for all of the shipping costs associated with both returning your item and sending out the exchanged one.  If the item you are wanting is more expensive than the original item purchased, you must pay the difference.  If the item you are wanting costs less than the original one, we will credit you the difference.

  • There is a 25% restocking fee.  Items must be returned in factory-new condition, free from cosmetic and functional defects, in their original packaging.  The return shipping fee is to be covered by the customer.  Proof of purchase from our website is required.  All sales of clothing, apparel, and posters are considered final.  Upon receipt of your item, we will email you letting you know the status of your refund (accepted or denied).  If you received your item in damaged condition, please contact us immediately.

  • We want you to be making sweet, sweet music with our gear.  Sometimes that means stomping the footswitch right through the top of the enclosure during the last chorus of your encore!  It happens.  We brought this mess into the world, so we’ll fix it no matter what.

    Repairs for gear purchased new through our site are free, just cover the shipping.  Before you send it in though, please do what you can to explore the issue.  You can even check out our handy troubleshooting guide!  If you do that and it’s still broken, send it in.  If we can’t fix it, we’ll send you a new one.  Please do what you can on your end to see if you can fix it.  Sometimes it’s something simple and it would suck for you to ship it back and forth for nothing.  Feel free to reach out via email if you would like help troubleshooting.

    Repairs for pedals purchased new through an official dealer are also free.  Please contact your dealer and they will get in contact with us and we will all work it out.
